Who am I

I’m an educator with 12 years of experience teaching students from grades 4 through 12, as well as adult learners, across Western Canada and now back home in Ontario. I hold specialist qualifications in Special Education and Reading, and I’m passionate about creating inclusive classrooms where every student feels supported, valued, and capable of success. Having grown up in the Lambton Kent District School Board system myself, I know firsthand the impact that education can have in opening doors and changing lives. That experience drives me to focus on equity, relationship-building, and high expectations for all learners. I bring energy, creativity, and a student-centered mindset to every role, and I’m excited to keep growing as a leader in education.
